Senior Consultant

Job Summary

Develops, customises, unit-tests and supports assigned Transact components using InfoBasic, TAFC/TAFJ and Java extensibility.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Temenos Transact (T24) applications and modules.Develop and enhance functionality using Temenos TAFJ/TAFC, InfoBasic (jBASE), and related Temenos tools.Create and maintain local developments, routines, enquiries, versions, and interfaces within the Temenos ecosystem.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with banking processes.Work on integration of Temenos with external systems through APIs, OFS, SOAP/REST services, MQ, and middleware platforms.Develop and support modules such as:
  • Customer Management
  • Accounts
  • Deposits
  • Lending
  • Payments
  • Treasury
  • Trade Finance
Perform unit testing, defect fixing, code reviews, and deployment activities.Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 application support.Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Temenos development standards.Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders during project delivery.Prepare technical design documents, development specifications, and release documentation.Participate in data migration, upgrade, and Temenos version migration projects.Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and audit requirements.
