Job Summary
JD:
• Key role working experience with large scale implementation & transforms in complex environments
• Have a good functional understanding about SCM processes, should be able to translate business requirements into Kinaxis (Demand, Supply, Inventory and Scheduling modules) solution, provide solutions proficiency in Kinaxis modules to analyze and identifying gaps, to lead the solution design, and implement the Kinaxis application modules to meet business requirements.
• Resolving complex data and analytic configurations to ensure that the solution is producing the expected results.
• Very well versed in supply chain related knowledge, be able to understand common business problems, and translate business input to advise clients on appropriate solutions to meet their planning objectives.
• Able to conduct workshops to understand end to end business process requirements and propose the best possible solution.
• Technical skills such as SQL, R, Java Script, Python, etc.
• Deliver high quality client solutions that meet and exceed client expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget
• Manage client solution delivery, including defining project approach, motivating project teams, monitoring, managing project risks, managing client and key stakeholders and successfully delivering client solutions
• Identifying new business opportunities, including building strong client relations, understanding client needs and solution offerings, communicating client opportunities to leadership, and helping develop client opportunities.
• Innovation: Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Adaptability: Flexible to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.
• Assets and closely work with capability leader on growth of the Kinaxis competency
