Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain And Enhance Existing Features By Troubleshooting Bugs And Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests Using Critical Manufacturing Tools And Languages, Ensuring Timely Delivery In Accordance With Project Specifications.
2. Provide Client Support By Presenting Data And Information, Resolving Tickets, And Performing Day-To-Day Support Activities, While Monitoring Client Requirements And Ensuring Adherence To Delivery Schedules And Quality Standards.
3. Create And Enhance Documentation For Capability Maturity Model Integration (Cmmi) And Client Requirements, Ensuring Compliance And Clarity In Project Deliverables.
4. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers By Sharing Expertise In Critical Manufacturing Systems And Coding Best Practices, Fostering A Collaborative Development Environment.
