Senior Design Lead - Analog Circuit Design

Job Summary

  • Bachelor with 8-10 plus experience in Electrical/Electronic domain.
  • Must have: Hands on Aerospace domain experience for at-least 2 years
  • Understand system requirements, Hardware design requirements and develop Hardware verification plan for motor controller.
  • Analyze circuit behavior for power electronic, analog and digital circuits that involves Operational Amplifiers, ADC, DAC, MOSFETs, IGBTs, DC-DC converters and Logic gates etc.
  • Test requirement for EMI-EMC & environmental requirements. Perform board bring up, design verification & qualification tests.

 

Required knowledge & skill sets:

 

  • Strong in basics of analog, power electronics and digital circuits.
  • Experience in verification testing of DC and AC motor control drives and high-power electronic circuits.
  • Expertise in circuit analysis, power calculations, root cause analysis and debugging skills.
  • Experience in using lab equipment like, Oscilloscopes, Load equipment, Power analyzers, AC/DC power sources etc.
  • Knowledge and experience in DO-160 specifications & DO-254 compliant design process is preferred.
  • Board layout review and guidance on high power motor drive in mixed signal environment.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In Analog Circuit Design Techniques And Tools Such As Spice, Cadence, Or Similar Design Software.
2. Strong Understanding Of Electronic Components And Their Applications In Circuit Design.
3. Familiarity With Best Practices In Design Verification And Validation Processes.
4. Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Guide Design Teams And Coordinate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.

Other Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electricals, instrumentation, communications and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience OR
  • Advance degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
