Job Summary

The Senior Design Lead is responsible for overseeing multiple design teams while setting and upholding organizational design standards. This role drives innovation across the design process, ensuring that design efforts significantly contribute to achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize Visual Communication Design Principles To Ensure Software And Products Are User-Friendly And Intuitive, Enhancing User Experiences Through Effective Design Strategies.
2. Lead And Mentor A Team Of Designers, Providing Direction And Support To Ensure The Delivery Of High-Quality Design Solutions That Align With Business Objectives.
3. Present And Advocate For Design Concepts, Influencing Organizational Design Vision And Strategy Through Collaborative Discussions With Stakeholders.
4. Conduct Research On Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies, Applying Insights To Drive Innovation And Excellence Within The Design Teams.
5. Establish And Maintain Design Guidelines And Best Practices To Ensure Consistency And Quality Across All Design Deliverables.

Skill Requirements
