Senior Design Lead - Adobe Illustrator, Packaging Design and Verification

Job Summary

The Senior Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing design projects and ensuring they meet quality standards. This role will involve utilizing skills in adobe illustrator, Packaging Design and verification, and AutoCAD to create and verify designs. The primary objective is to lead the design team efficiently and deliver exceptional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and lead design projects from concept to completion
2. Utilize adobe illustrator, packaging design and verification, and autocad to create innovative designs
3. Ensure designs meet client requirements and quality standards
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to align design objectives with business goals
5. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design team members
6. Conduct quality checks and verification processes on design deliverables
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in adobe illustrator for creating and editing graphics
2. Experience in packaging design and verification for product packaging development
3. Strong skills in using autocad for technical drawings and design layouts
4. Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
5. Good understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
7. Strong communication and leadership skills to manage a design team effectively

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in adobe illustrator, AutoCAD, or Packaging Design would be an advantage.
