Job Summary
Role Overview
The Tier‑1 ECAD Support Engineer (Cadence) provides first‑line support for Cadence electronic design tools used by electrical and PCB design engineers. The role focuses on user access, installation, licensing, environment setup, and basic tool usage support, ensuring smooth onboarding and minimal disruption to engineering productivity. Issues beyond Tier‑1 scope are escalated to Tier‑2/Tier‑3 teams.
