Job Summary

The Senior Design Lead plays a critical role in managing multiple design teams to establish design standards and foster innovation within the organization. This position is vital for ensuring that design initiatives align closely with business objectives, thereby significantly enhancing product usability and performance in the realm of analog circuit design.

Key Responsibilities

1. Apply Advanced Analog Circuit Design Principles To Develop And Refine Circuit Schematics And Layouts, Ensuring High Levels Of Performance And Reliability Across Multiple Projects.
2. Lead Cross-Functional Design Teams, Providing Technical Mentorship And Fostering Collaboration To Deliver Innovative And User-Centric Design Solutions That Meet Project Specifications And Business Goals.
3. Present And Advocate For Design Concepts, Articulating The Strategic Vision And Rationale Behind Design Choices To Stakeholders, And Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Objectives.
4. Research And Incorporate Emerging Technologies And Industry Trends Into Design Methodologies, Driving Continuous Improvement And Excellence In Analog Circuit Design Practices.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In Analog Circuit Design Techniques And Tools Such As Spice, Cadence, Or Similar Design Software.
2. Strong Understanding Of Electronic Components And Their Applications In Circuit Design.
3. Familiarity With Best Practices In Design Verification And Validation Processes.
4. Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Guide Design Teams And Coordinate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Analog Circuit Designer (Cacd) Or Equivalent.
