Senior Design Lead - Analog Circuit Design
San Jose, California

Job Summary

Strong expertise in PCBA design analysis, reverse engineering, and diagnosis/troubleshooting to address our repair goals.

Key Responsibilities

1) Should have strong understanding of board design principles
2) Should be an expert in mixed signal board design
3) Should be capable of diagnosing and troubleshooting defective boards, with or without relevant design documentation. 
4) should have hands on knowledge on ORCAD schematics and should be able to provide guidelines and review layout
5) Skilled at developing comprehensive board repair plans—including approaches, timelines, and identifying technical dependencies.
6) Proficient in using PCB troubleshooting equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
7) Work with minimum guidance.
8) Good understanding on Power supplies and electrical systems will be a plus.
9) Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
10) Strong collaboration and clear communication.
11) There might be International travel occasionally.
12) Onsite availability 5 days a week.

1) ORCAD SCHEMATICS

2) ALLEGRO LAYOUT TOOL

3) GERBER VIEWER 

4) should be familiar with Test equipments

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
