Job Summary

The Senior Design Lead will oversee multiple design teams, establish organizational design standards, and drive innovation throughout the design process. This role is crucial for ensuring that design efforts significantly contribute to achieving the company's business objectives and enhancing user experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize Autocad To Create Detailed Design Layouts And Schematics, Ensuring Products Are User-Friendly And Align With Industry Standards, Thereby Enhancing Overall User Experience.
2. Lead And Mentor A Team Of Designers In Utilizing Autocad For Developing High-Quality Design Solutions, Ensuring Alignment With Business Objectives And Adherence To Project Timelines.
3. Present And Advocate For Design Concepts To Stakeholders, Shaping The Overall Design Vision And Strategy While Utilizing Autocad For Visualization And Documentation.
4. Conduct Research On Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies, Integrating Findings Into Design Processes To Drive Innovation And Maintain Excellence In Design Outputs.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In Autocad, With The Ability To Create Complex Designs And Technical Documentation.
