Senior Design Lead - C, Creo/ProE, Sheet Metal Design

Job Summary

The Senior Design Lead will be responsible for leading the design team in the development of c,Creo/ProE,Sheet Metal Design projects. This role involves overseeing the design process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor the design team throughout the project lifecycle
2. Develop and implement design strategies in alignment with project goals
3. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs meet technical requirements
4. Oversee the creation of 2d drawings and 3d models using c, creo/proe software
5. Conduct design reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement
6. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in c,creo/proe software for 3d modeling and simulation
2. Strong knowledge of sheet metal design principles and techniques
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills
4. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross functional environment
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
6. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality designs
7. Project management skills to oversee multiple design projects simultaneously

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in c,Creo/ProE or Sheet Metal Design are a plus
Maximum Salary (US):  148000
Minimum Salary (US):  78000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
