Job Summary

The Senior Design Lead is responsible for managing and leading the design verification and validation process using tools like Creo and SolidWorks. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of designs, while meeting project objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee the design verification and validation process for projects
2. Utilize creo and solidworks effectively to review and analyze design specifications
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure design compliance with project requirements
4. Develop and implement design verification plans and procedures
5. Conduct design reviews and provide feedback for design improvement
6. Troubleshoot and resolve any design related issues or discrepancies
7. Maintain documentation related to design verification and validation activities
8. Ensure all design processes adhere to industry standards and regulations

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in design verification & validation processes
2. In-depth knowledge and experience with creo and solidworks software

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
