Job Summary

The Senior Design Lead will oversee multiple design teams, setting organizational design standards and driving innovation in the design process. This role is critical in ensuring that design efforts significantly contribute to achieving business objectives while promoting user-friendly and intuitive software and product designs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leverage Expertise In Uc And Up Based Design To Create User-Friendly And Intuitive Digital Products, Ensuring Seamless User Experiences Through Effective Design Methodologies.
2. Lead And Mentor A Team Of Designers, Fostering Collaboration And Ensuring The Delivery Of High-Quality Design Solutions That Align With Business Objectives And Industry Standards.
3. Present And Articulate Design Concepts, Playing A Crucial Role In Shaping The Overall Design Vision And Strategy, While Advocating For User-Centered Design Principles.
4. Stay Updated On Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies In Uc And Up Based Design To Drive Innovation And Maintain Excellence In Design Practices.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In Uc And Up Based Design Methodologies And Tools.
2. Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Practices.
