  • Consistent execution in lab‑based roles over the last 5 years

Work Style & Mindset

  • Practical, “get‑it‑working” engineering mindset
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, early‑development environments
  • Strong ownership of problems from discovery to resolution
  • Collaborative, but able to work independently in the lab

5-10 Years of industry experience with Xpedition tool from setting up layout constraints, placement, routing and releasing to fab. Altium and Allegro optional

Individual responsibility to handle from scratch - library creation, layout design until final Gerber has sent through for manufacturing

Ability to design large, complex multilayer PCBs with various stack up topologies.

Ability to define stack up and work closely with PCB house.

Experience with Type3 & Type4 PCB designs.

Rich experience in microcontroller, DDR and power circuit boards, Camera & LCD interface board

Experience in uvias & HDI boards

Immediate onboarding into live projects

Good experience with CAM350 (Gerber verification)
