The Senior Design Lead is responsible for overseeing multiple design teams and establishing organizational design standards. The Senior Design Lead champions user-friendly and intuitive software and products, fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with the company’s vision.

 

Key Responsibilities: 1. Utilize Advanced Knowledge In Physical Design Tools And Methodologies To Create User-Friendly And Intuitive Software, Ensuring Products Align With User Expectations And Enhance Overall User Experiences.
2. Lead And Mentor A Team Of Designers, Providing Strategic Guidance And Oversight To Deliver High-Quality Design Solutions That Meet Organizational Business Goals.
3. Present And Articulate Design Concepts Effectively To Stakeholders, Shaping The Overall Design Vision And Strategy While Ensuring Alignment With Business Objectives.
4. Conduct Research On Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies In Physical Design To Foster Innovation And Excellence, Implementing Best Practices To Elevate Design Processes.<b>

2. Strong Understanding Of User Experience Principles And Design Best Practices.

Other Requirements: 1. Optional But Valuable: Certified Professional In Design (Cpd) Or Equivalent Certifications In Design Methodologies.
2. Optional But Valuable: Certified User Experience Professional (Cuxp) Or Similar Certifications.
