We are seeking a Senior System Engineer / Platform Engineer with a strong hands on and system oriented mindset, capable of taking complex solutions and bringing them successfully into production across virtualized and containerized environments. The role operates within large scale enterprise and Telco grade ecosystems, where availability, integration, and operational stability are paramount. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with autonomy, ownership, and the ability to operate effectively in structured and mission critical contexts. Key Responsibilities • Install, configure, and deploy application and infrastructure solutions into production environments • Operate and maintain Enterprise Linux systems and Kubernetes based platforms, both on premise and in cloud environments • Integrate heterogeneous components, including operating systems, middleware, networking, and storage • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system level issues end to end • Collaborate closely with development, architecture, and operations teams • Support and contribute to activities such as: o Product and platform deployments o System hardening and security best practices o Performance tuning and capacity optimization o Automation and operational efficiency o Management of production and lab environments • Promote operational excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement Required Technical Skills & Experience • Minimum 5+ years of experience in System Engineering, Platform, or Infrastructure roles • Strong expertise in Linux, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux • Hands on experience with Kubernetes, including: o Installation and configuration o Cluster and workload operations • Strong hands on attitude with a pragmatic, system focused approach • Ability to work effectively in complex, structured enterprise environments • Proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills • Experience supporting mission critical platforms and services Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) • Experience operating in the Telco domain • Hands on exposure to telephony and real time communication solutions, such as: o VoIP platforms o SIP based architectures o Call control, signaling, and real time components • Experience with observability and logging tools, such as: o Telegraf, Prometheus o Fluentd, Grafana, Loki • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab) • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, load balancing, firewalling) • Automation skills using tools such as Ansible, Bash, or Python • Knowledge of high availability and distributed system architectures Professional & Behavioral Skills • Strong sense of ownership and accountability • Comfortable working with incomplete documentation and complex technical challenges • Ability to combine method, experience, and technical curiosity • Clear and effective communication within cross functional teams • Customer centric mindset with focus on delivery and
