Senior Design Lead

Job Summary

Hands on experience for electrical new design, existing design changes and good in documentations along with PCB & Gerber review the work products. Hardware failure debug and work with system mindset, BIOS understanding, Knowledge on Hardware requirements, verification protocol understanding & test execution

Review the work products, documents and mentoring Junior team members in technical aspect

Follow medical devices design process with Adaptation for Self learning & self motivated with Agile mindset

Project tracking and monitoring. Status reporting to customer & cross team during status meeting & other technical meeting 

Quick learner for customer medical process as well as HCL process

 

Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements

Digital circuits & Mixed signal board design

Analog circuits & Power board design

Medical devices design experience

PADS & Expedition, OrCAD Capture & Cadence Allegro

EMI/EMC design & testing 

Other Requirements

Good Communication & writing skill

Good Documentation Skill
