Job Summary

Std Cell Characterization.

Key Responsibilities

Setting up the char flow
 tracking & make sure to meet the milestone
 Internal review and debug
 Status report to client

Skill Requirements

erform standard cell library characterization for given PVT and generate liberty (.lib) files for NLDM, CCS, CCSN and LVF models
 Develop understanding and support for:
 Circuit design and layout interactions
 View generation and automation flows
 Execute SPICE simulations and analyze characterization results
 Generate extracted netlists from layout and perform characterization
 Validate libraries through QA checks and consistency verification
 Extensive Debug
 exposure on FDSOI tech node and working on cryo temperature.
 Strong proficiency in scripting

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
