Job Summary

• Diagnose equipment and systems, and perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair work
• Create and maintain records and reports as required
• Order and install parts
• Provide guidance to TET’s customer operations engineers on system operation and maintenance methods.
• Follow standard work procedures and identify feasible solutions
• Manage meetings with TET’s customers
• Ensure required safety measures are always implemented in accordance with TET safety standards and promote safety activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by TET

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirements for Field Service Engineers:

• First Language: Chinese (Taiwanese Mandarin preferred): Native level (required)
• Second language: Japanese or English: Business level (preferred)
• Equipment Installation and Maintenance
• Computer skills: Experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
