Job Summary

The Senior Designer at HCL will be responsible for overseeing Packaging and Shipping Design projects, utilizing CAD Design Skills and AutoCAD expertise. The primary focus will be on creating innovative packaging solutions and ensuring efficient shipping design processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop innovative packaging designs that are both functional and visually appealing.
2. Collaborate within team to ensure packaging designs meet product requirements and brand standards.
3. Utilize cad design skills to create detailed drawings and prototypes for packaging.
4. Optimize shipping design processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in packaging and shipping design.
6. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery of packaging materials.
7. Conduct quality checks on packaging materials to ensure durability and protection of products during shipping.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in packaging and shipping design principles and techniques.
2. Advanced cad design skills with the ability to create detailed 2d and 3d models.
3. Expertise in using autocad software for design and drafting purposes.
4. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
5. Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
6. Detail oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality in packaging design.
