Job Summary

The Senior Designer plays a crucial role in the architecture and design phase of projects, ensuring that designs are of high quality, consistent, and aligned with the overall design vision and customer needs. This position demands a strong understanding of component engineering principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to deliver innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather And Refine Design Requirements, Ensuring Alignment With Project Goals And Customer Expectations Using Cad Software For Effective Visual Communication.
2. Develop Prototypes And Proof-Of-Concept Implementations, Utilizing Component Engineering Principles To Validate Design Decisions And Enhance Product Functionality.
3. Mentor Junior Designers By Sharing Knowledge And Expertise Through Structured Training Sessions And Comprehensive Documentation, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning.
4. Work With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Component Engineers And Production Teams, To Ensure That Software Design Integrates Seamlessly With The Overall Project Goals And Manufacturability Requirements.
5. Partner With Quality Assurance Teams To Establish And Maintain Design Quality Standards, Employing Best Practices And Guidelines For Design For Manufacture And Assembly (Dfma).

Skill Requirements

1. Should have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in hydraulic and mechanical testing

2. Should have basic knowledge on hydraulics, instrumentations.

3. Should have diploma / ITI in mechanical or electrical.

4. Should have basic knowledge on test set up, fixtures and installation.
