Job Summary

As a Senior Designer specializing in CAD Software, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality designs that align with project objectives and customer needs. Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Understand And Refine Design Requirements Using Cad Software Tools Such As Autocad And Solidworks, Ensuring Designs Meet Project And Customer Specifications.
2. Develop And Iterate Prototypes And Proof-Of-Concept Implementations Through Cad Modeling Techniques To Validate Design Decisions And Enhance Usability.
3. Mentor Junior Designers By Sharing Knowledge And Expertise Through Training Sessions And Documentation, Fostering A Supportive Learning Environment.
4. Work With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Engineers And Product Managers, To Align Cad Designs With Overall Project Goals And Ensure Seamless Integration Into The Development Process.
5. Collaborate With Quality Assurance Teams To Establish And Maintain High-Quality Standards For Cad Designs, Conducting Design Reviews And Incorporating Feedback For Continuous Improvement.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency In Cad Software Such As Autocad, Solidworks, Or Similar Tools.
2. Solid Understanding Of System And Equipment Design Principles, With The Ability To Apply Them In Practical Scenarios.
3. Familiarity With Design For Manufacturing And Assembly (Dfma) Principles To Optimize Design Efficiency.
4. Strong Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders.

Other Requirements
