As a Senior Designer specializing in Design for Manufacturability (DFM), you will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality designs that meet the project vision and customer needs. Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Comprehensively Understand And Refine Design Requirements, Ensuring They Align With Project Objectives And Customer Expectations.
2. Develop And Evaluate Prototypes And Proof-Of-Concept Implementations Using Dfm Principles To Validate Design Decisions And Enhance Manufacturability.
3. Share Knowledge And Expertise With Junior Designers Through Mentoring, Training Sessions, And Comprehensive Documentation, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning Within The Team.
4. Work Alongside Cross-Functional Teams, Including Engineering And Production, To Ensure Software Designs Align With Overall Project Goals And Manufacturing Capabilities.
5. Partner With Quality Assurance Teams To Implement And Uphold High-Quality Standards Throughout The Design Process, Ensuring Designs Meet Both Aesthetic And Functional Criteria.

Skill Requirements

1. - Strong Understanding Of Design For Manufacturability (Dfm) Principles And Practices.
2. - Proficiency In Cad Software And Design Tools Relevant To Component Engineering.
3. - Familiarity With Product Lifecycle Management (Plm) Systems.
4. - Good Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.
5. - Basic Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Materials Used In Product Design.

Other Requirements
