Job Summary

Minimum Experience is- Min. 3-6 Years of Experience

Position Specific Duties - Position duties
- This position requires an extensive experience in the field of Harnesses Design & Development
- Very good understanding of Electrical schematics and Electrical Topology
- Extensive hands on experience on ECAD tools like Capital harness and Creo Routing Design
- Must be aware of load calculations & fuse selections basics
- Exposure to Electrical components selection criteria & exposure to Design of Electrical sub-systems

Required Skills are- - Knowledge of Electrical design Fundaments.
- Should have exposure of working on 3D CAD modeling and wiring harness drawing creation.
- Expertise in Creo/cabling- and Siemens Capital Harness System (Logic/Integrator Plane/ Harness XC Module)
- Good communication skill & Interpersonal Skills,

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop electrical harness systems and cabling layouts for different projects.
2. Create packaging solutions for electrical components to optimize space and functionality.
3. Utilize creo schematics software to generate electrical schematics and diagrams.
4. Collaborate within team to ensure design specifications are met.
5. Conduct design reviews and make necessary modifications to enhance performance.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements related to electrical design.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in designing harness, electrical cabling, and packaging solutions.
2. Strong knowledge of creo schematics software for creating electrical schematics.
3. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in electrical design.
4. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present design solutions.
7. Prior experience in designing electrical systems and components is preferred.
