Job Summary

The Senior Designer plays a pivotal role in creating high-quality designs that adhere to the project’s vision and meet customer requirements. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to refine design specifications, developing innovative prototypes, and ensuring that designs integrate seamlessly within the broader project framework. By mentoring junior designers and maintaining high standards of quality, the Senior Designer contributes significantly to the success of the design team and the overall project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather And Refine Design Requirements For Uc And Up Based Systems, Ensuring Alignment With Project Goals.
2. Develop And Validate Prototypes And Proof-Of-Concept Models Using Microcontrollers And Embedded Systems To Support Design Decisions.
3. Mentor Junior Designers By Sharing Expertise In Uc And Up Based Design Methodologies Through Training Sessions And Comprehensive Documentation.
4. Coordinate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Hardware And Software Engineers, To Ensure Cohesive Integration Of Designs Within The Overall Project Architecture.
5. Work With Quality Assurance Teams To Define And Implement Quality Standards, Ensuring That All Designs Meet Established Performance And Reliability Benchmarks.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient Understanding Of Uc And Up Based Design Principles.
2. Strong Knowledge Of Embedded System Design And Development.
3. Familiarity With Prototyping Tools And Techniques For Proof-Of-Concept Implementations.
4. Good Understanding Of Cross-Functional Collaboration And Communication Skills.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (Cese), Or Equivalent Recognized Certifications In Embedded Systems Design.

Minimum Salary (US):  58000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
