The role focuses on translating complex HR and admin processes into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences for a wide range of business users.
Skill Requirements
Requirements:
· 10 years of experience in UX design for web-based enterprise applications
· Strong expertise in journey mapping, interaction design, and usability principles
· Experience in designing workflows for data-heavy applications and complex user scenarios
· Hands-on experience with usability testing and user research methods
· Understanding of accessibility and multilingual design considerations
· Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional delivery teams
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working on HR, admin, or enterprise workflow-based platforms
· Familiarity with tools used for wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
· Exposure to regulated or multilingual environments
