Job Summary
Visual Designer
A creative Visual Designer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent, and accessible user interface designs for the DKV Corporate portal. The role focuses on translating UX concepts into visually clear, structured, and user-friendly interfaces that support complex workflows and large volumes of data.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Design low and high-fidelity user interfaces aligned with DKV brand standards, ensuring consistency across core HR workflows
· Translate wireframes and interaction flows into high-fidelity designs, incorporating usability insights and UX performance metrics (SUS, NPS, task success)
· Create structured layouts for complex screens such as employee data tables, contract views, and invoicing modules
· Develop and maintain reusable design components for scalability and consistency
· Collaborate with UX designers and developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff
· Ensure UI supports multilingual content (NL/FR/EN) without impacting layout and readability
· Apply accessibility standards including contrast, typography, spacing, and interaction states
· Define visual feedback patterns such as validations, error messaging, and system responses
· Support design QA to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs
Skill Requirements
Requirements:
· 5-6 years of experience in UI/visual design for enterprise web applications
· Strong portfolio demonstrating design of complex, data-driven interfaces
· Experience working with design systems and component-based design approaches
· Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
· Ability to collaborate effectively with UX and development teams
· Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working on enterprise platforms with complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces
· Familiarity with design tools (Figma & similar) and component libraries used for UI design
· Exposure to multilingual and accessibility-driven design environments
