Job Summary

-  Expertise Linear static analysis in Optistruct and Abaqus

         -   Expertise in Non-linear static analysis in Optistruct and Abaqus

         -   Dynamic Analysis.

         -   Perform Structural analysis to support conceptual/preliminary/detailed design of systems and sub-systems of Construction & Forestry equipment using various analysis and simulation software

         -  Exposure in Durability and Fatigue analysis.

         - Candidate should be able to perform linear and non-linear analysis with minimum supervision.

         - Good understanding of engineering principles and engineering analysis

         -  Communication skills to strongly collaborate with various engineering groups like design and testing

        -  Knowledge in engineering principles, theory and practice as well as basic product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Structural Durability – Optistruct / Abaqus – Pune location

Experience range - 3-5 years in CAE – 3 position ( L1 Band) 

 Tool Expertise - Expertise in meshing in Hypermesh/ Optistruct / abaqus

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in manufacturing simulation techniques and tools.
2. Experience in simulation proc/design/layout/validation methodologies.
3. Strong knowledge of tecnomatix emplanner/process designer software.
4. Ability to analyze data and optimize manufacturing processes.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6. Good communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross functional teams.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Manufacturing Simulation, Simulation Proc/Design/Layout/Validation, or Tecnomatix eMPlanner/Process Designer would be a plus.
