Job Summary
1.Review customer Data pack and analyze for manufacturing process preparation.
2.Design the assembly process flow for the product. Participate in the process FMEA to optimize the process flow, process control plan.
3.Identify the key characteristics and define Measurement System Analysis for each KCs.
4.Finalize the process parameters collaborating with the shopfloor process engineers and write work instructions for each process stage. Think from technician’s point of view and ensure the work instructions are vivid, easy to understand and optimum length.
5.Closely Work with:
- Product engineer to follow the project timeline and milestone review deliverable readiness.
- Process and tool development engineers to develop, manufacture, and validate required assembly tools for his/her product.
- Quality Assurance engineer to make sure your manufacturing documents and applied processes are capable to produce PCBAs and LRUs complying to aerospace and defense requirements.
- Supply chain – for clarification and alternate proposal of components.
6.Release the manufacturing documents for electronics manufacturing shopfloor as per Safran E&D QMS and document control procedure.
7.Configuration management and Traceability
Key Responsibilities
1. To work closely with stakeholders to understand and refine design requirements.
2. To develop prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to validate design decisions.
3. To mentor junior designers ,share knowledge and expertise through training sessions and documentation.
4. To collaborate with cross functional teams and other stakeholders to align software design with overall project goals.
5. To work with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain high-quality.

Skill Requirements
-5+ years’ experience in EMS NPI for PCB Assemblies. Demonstrated skills in designing assembly process flow and creating manufacturing documents for reference in the line.
-Strong experience in complex PCBAs used in aerospace and defense systems.
-Highly knowledgeful in IPC J-STD-001 and IPC 610 Class 3 requirements.
-Good understanding of produict configuration management.
