Job Summary

Role:  Mechanical Drafting Engineer

No. of positions:  01

Location:   Pune customer location(WFO)

Qualification:  B.E in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:  4-6 years

 

•         Diploma/Graduate Mechanical engineer with 4-6 years of experience in Oil and Gas or Hydraulic equipments.

•         Should have good understandings on Flow cell, hydraulics , valves, Bearing/seal selection, shaft, fabrication

Knowledge in HI,AISI and ASTM is preferred

•         Good understanding of GD & T.

•         Experience in fabrication drawing & manufacturing.

•         Experienced and proficient with CAD tools as Solidworks, AutoCAD

•         Should familiar with SAP releases

•         Manufacturing  / Assembly knowledge Oil & Gas equipment

•         Familiar with manufacturing documents (BOM, Assembly Drawings, Deviations, ECMs,  Production Part Approval Process etc.)

•         Should have good knowledge in materials

•         Should have good interpersonal skill 

Key Responsibilities

1. To work closely with stakeholders to understand and refine design requirements.
2. To develop prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to validate design decisions.
3. To mentor junior designers ,share knowledge and expertise through training sessions and documentation.
4. To collaborate with cross functional teams and other stakeholders to align software design with overall project goals.
5. To work with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain high-quality.
