Field Service/Install Engineer – Semiconductor Equipment

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Wafer Fab
• Hands-on experience in any one of the equipments in Dry Etch, Photolithography, Thin film, Diffusion, Wet Etch & Prober Modules.

• Strong experience in Plasma Etch systems (RIE, ICP, High Density Plasma)
• Good understanding of:
• System overview & sub systems
• Operation of the equipment
• Maintenance of the equipment
• Familiarity with:
•  
• Pump & abatement systems

Key Responsibilities

• Tool start-up activities such as tool positioning, sub-system integrations & Power ON
• Hardware verifications & functionality checks.
• Perform tool functionality checks
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Analyse faults and reduce repeat failures
• Maintain documentation, maintenance logs, and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and cleanroom protocols

Skill Requirements
