2. To develop prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to validate design decisions.
3. To mentor junior designers ,share knowledge and expertise through training sessions and documentation.
4. To collaborate with cross functional teams and other stakeholders to align software design with overall project goals.
5. To work with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain high-quality.

Systems or Hardware Engineer - Electrical
Key Responsibilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Technical Background – Systems Engineering.
• Testing & troubleshooting – Bench Testing, Functional Validation, Process Validation, System Verification.
• Test Fixture build skill.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Requirements Gathering.
• System Architecture – Basic Experience.
• Independently lead the project.
• Electrical Schematics design skills.
• Automation for Electromechanical Devices.
Key Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Good understanding analog, digital, and power electronics hardware architectures and design
• Experience in design tools such as Altium, OrCAD, or similar for schematic and PCB design.
• 5+ years of experience in tool design, test systems, or qualification equipment within a manufacturing or R&D environment.
• Experience with test protocol, and calibration protocol.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to design and debug complex electrical schematics and PCB layouts and propose clear, relevant experiments.
Time zone
• Location: Sparks, Maryland. This role requires on-site and in-site presence, five days a week, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST
