Senior Dev - Embedded Linux, Kubernetes

Job Summary

The Senior Embedded Linux Developer plays a critical role in the development and maintenance of robust embedded systems. This position focuses on delivering high-quality code that meets stringent timelines, cost standards, and quality benchmarks. The role requires a combination of technical expertise in Embedded Linux and effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams, ensuring that project requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain And Enhance Existing Features In Embedded Linux Environments, Troubleshoot Bugs, And Resolve Ad-Hoc Requests Based On Client And Team Feedback.
2. Provide Client Support By Presenting Data, Resolving Tickets, And Performing Day-To-Day Monitoring Of Client Requirements To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Assigned Tasks In Accordance With Quality Standards.
3. Create And Update Documentation Related To Enhancements And Client Requirements, Ensuring Compliance With Cmmi Standards.
4. Offer Technical Guidance And Mentoring To Junior Developers In Best Practices For Embedded Linux Development.
5. Collaborate With Customers And Internal Teams To Gather And Clarify Requirements For Development Projects, Ensuring Alignment With Business Objectives.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Embedded Linux Development.
2. Strong Understanding Of C And C++ Programming Languages.
3. Familiarity With Containerization Technologies Such As Docker And Orchestration Tools Like Kubernetes.
4. Basic Knowledge Of Python For Scripting And Automation Tasks.
5. Experience In Troubleshooting And Debugging Embedded Systems.

Other Requirements

1. Relevant Certifications In Embedded Systems Or Linux Development Are Optional But Valuable.
