Job Summary

The Senior Developer will be responsible for developing applications using Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB. They will play a key role in implementing, and maintaining software solutions while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop high-quality software design and architecture using java, spring boot, and mongodb
2. Collaborate within team to define, and ship new features
3. Ensure code quality, organization, and automation of the development process
4. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
5. Gather and address technical and design requirements
6. Work closely with stakeholders to enhance application usability

Skill Requirements

1. Solid understanding of java programming language
2. Strong experience in developing applications using spring boot framework
3. In-depth knowledge of mongodb database management
4. Familiarity with agile methodologies and devops practices
5. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
8. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
