Comstack Developer
1.Develop and validate automotive embedded software functions for ECU communication systems using Embedded C and AUTOSAR Classic Platform.
2.Configure and integrate AUTOSAR COM Stack modules including COM, PduR, CanIf, CanTp, DCM, Nm, and CAN Nm.
3.Develop and validate signal routing, I-PDU mapping, and PDU configuration activities as part of communication stack integration.
4.Configure, validate, and troubleshoot CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, and FlexRay communication protocols and CAN frame handling.
5.Perform communication matrix integration using DBC and ARXML files and create/maintain DBC configurations.
6.Handle signal conversion logic, scaling, and Intel/Motorola endianness for ECU communication signals.
7.Implement and validate communication safety/error handling features such as CRC, rolling counter, message counter, alive counter, and failsafe mechanisms.
8. Perform CAN communication validation, signal-level debugging, and ECU troubleshooting using Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, and CAPL tools.
9. Develop CAPL and Python scripts for communication simulation, automated testing, and validation activities.
10. Define and execute unit testing, functional testing, SIL, HIL, and LabCar validation activities for automotive ECU software.
11. Debug embedded software issues using debugger tools and support defect analysis, root cause investigation, and issue resolution.
12. Work with SCM tools and support software build, integration, and release activities.
13. Follow SDLC, ASPICE, and V-Model based automotive software development processes while participating in code reviews and quality activities.
15. Possess strong knowledge of Embedded C, AUTOSAR architecture, COMSTACK concepts, communication protocols, DBC/ARXML handling, and basic understanding of DSM, MCOP, AUTOSAR E2E, and build/integration concepts.
16. Knowledge of Python scripting for automation. interest in AI-driven automation and efficiency improvements.
