Job Summary

The Senior C++ Developer plays a critical role in driving the development and enhancement of software solutions. This role is essential for ensuring that high-quality code is delivered on time and meets both client and business requirements. The Senior Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot existing features, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain Existing Features And Troubleshoot Bugs Using C++ And Windows Development Tools, Ensuring Timely Resolution Of Ad-Hoc Requests And Support For Enhancements Based On Client And Project Requirements.
2. Provide Client Support By Analyzing And Presenting Data, Resolving Tickets, And Conducting Daily Monitoring Of Client Needs While Tracking Schedules To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Assigned Tasks In Line With Quality Standards.
3. Create And Enhance Documentation For Cmmi Compliance And Client Requirements, Ensuring All Technical Specifications Are Well-Documented And Accessible.
4. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers, Fostering A Collaborative Environment And Promoting Best Practices In C++ Coding.
5. Interact With Customers And Internal Stakeholders To Gather And Clarify Requirements For Development Projects, Ensuring All Developments Align With User Expectations And Business Objectives.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of C++ Programming And Embedded Device Development.
2. Familiarity With Windows Development Environments And .Net Technologies.
3. Good Knowledge Of Software Development Methodologies And Practices.
4. Experience With Debugging, Troubleshooting, And Maintaining Software Applications.
5. Solid Documentation Skills For Technical And Compliance Purposes.

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified C++ Programmer (Cpp), Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
