Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Issue Triage & Analysis

  • Analyze incoming defects,crashes ,ANRs,performance issues,and customer-reported problems
  • Reproduce issues consistently using testing devices.
  • Prioritize issues based on business impact,severity,customer impact,and release timelines.
  • Perform root cause analysis using logs ,stack traces,crash reports, and debugging tools.
  • Classify issues into product bugs,environment issues,configuration problems,or expected behaviour

Key Responsibilities

Debugging & Investigation

  • Investigate Android application crashes,ANRs,memory leaks,battery drain, and UI issues
  • Analyze Logcat tools,Tombstones, and system traces
  • Debug issues involving networking,APIs,background services ,notifications,permissions and storage.
  • Validate fixes before release

Skill Requirements

Android Development

  • Strong knowledge of Android SDK
  • Kotlin and Java programming experience
  • Jetpack libraries
  • Android lifecycle
  • Services,Broadcast Receivers,Content Providers
