Job Summary
Mandatory Requirements
2–4 years in application support/production support (preferably on .NET/Oracle/Sitecore stack).
Working knowledge of Azure (App Service restarts, scaling, metrics, App Insights).
Familiarity with IIS, HTTP basics, log reading (App Insights, ELK, or similar).
Basic SQL (selects, joins), ability to validate data and run health queries in Oracle.
Experience with Git (cloning, branch switch, basic diffs) & ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira).
Strong documentation habits and communication skills.
Good to Have
Basic KQL for Azure Log Analytics, Application Insights queries.
Exposure to Sitecore pipelines, publishing targets, indexing basics.
Knowledge of monitoring/alerting (Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor).
Scripting (PowerShell/Bash) for routine tasks.
Key Responsibilities
MTTA/MTTR for L2 & L3 scope, SLA on acknowledgments, ticket hygiene & KB contributions.
% incidents resolved at L2 & L3, first‑contact resolution, and runbook adherence.
