JD:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, development, and optimization of AI/ML models for industrial inspection use cases.
- Build and fine‑tune deep learning models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
- Work on projects involving Generative AI, Agentic AI platforms, and advanced model engineering.
- Implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering strategies, and vector database integrations for intelligent retrieval systems.
- Work cloud‑native AI solutions on AWS/Azure.
- Develop, evaluate, and deploy ML algorithms such as Linear/Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Decision Trees, XGBoost, etc.
- Build robust Python-based pipelines for data processing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, OCR, AI model lifecycle, GenAI and LLM in Industrial application areas.
- Hands‑on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI, RAG, Graph database and prompt engineering.
- Worked in Document Intelligence projects
- Worked in Agentic AI development
- Expertise in Python and ML algorithms.
- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, etc.).
- Cloud proficiency in AWS or Azure.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
