Job Summary

Core Mendix Capability (Must-Have)

 Hands-on experience in Mendix Studio Pro
 Built at least 1–2 end-to-end Mendix applications
 Strong understanding of:
 Domain Models (entities, associations)
 Microflows / basic logic building
 Page/UI development (forms, navigation)


 Awareness of basic security (roles, access rules)


2. 🔹 Integration & Data Handling

 Experience with REST API integration (consume/expose)
 Working knowledge of:

 Data validation
 Entity relationships


 Basic troubleshooting of integration issues


3. 🔹 Development & Delivery Readiness

 Exposure to Agile / Scrum way of working
 Has done:

 Unit testing
 Bug fixing / enhancements


 Can deliver stories independently with minimal guidance


4. 🔹 Technical Foundation (Nice-to-Have but Important)

 Basic knowledge of Java or JavaScript
 Understanding of web applications (UI/UX basics)
 Awareness of performance considerations


5. 🔹 Certification Check

 Mendix Rapid Developer (preferred)
 Mendix Intermediate Developer (preffered)
