Job Summary
Work on creating proof of concepts on Coupa software to help showcase how Coupa helps meet customer requirements in sourcing and procurement processes.
Configuration of Coupa’s business spend management applications. Configuration experience in Coupa includes thorough understanding of key integration points along the entire Source-to-Pay business process.
Technical knowledge of Coupa Procure-to-Pay includes integration layers, in particular, technical integration scenarios with ERP systems. Supports Business Integration team in writing of Functional Designs (FDs), Field Mapping Documents (FMDs), Technical Designs (TDs)
Design, execute, and maintain System Integration Test (SIT) scenarios to validate end-to-end Coupa integrations with ERP, finance, and third-party systems.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify integration defects, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
Validate data flow, transformation, and interface controls across Coupa modules to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) for Coupa integrations; capture detailed screenshots, logs, and evidence for each test scenario and upload artifacts into the qTest portal.
Create, update, and maintain SIT test cases, execution results, and defect records in qTest, ensuring full traceability to business and technical requirements.
Validate end-to-end data flow across Coupa, ERP, and third-party systems; document integration failures with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and expected vs. actual results.
Perform defect retesting and regression testing after fixes; update qTest with execution status, attachments, and test results.
Coordinate with developers and integration teams to analyze interface errors, review logs, and support issue resolution during SIT cycles.
