Senior Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a Clarity PPM Support & Developer to provide ongoing application support and enhancement services within the Charter Manufacturing IT landscape. The role will operate in a hybrid AMS model, combining production support with continuous improvement and minor development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for Clarity PPM, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes to improve system stability
Deliver minor enhancements and development including customizations, integrations, and configurations
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts for business stakeholders
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards within the AMS delivery model
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end application performance and reliability
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and reduction of recurring issues

Skill Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Clarity PPM (Broadcom/CA Clarity)
Expertise in:

GEL scripting, XOG, integrations, and portlet development
SQL (queries, procedures, performance tuning)

Typically 5–8 years of relevant experience in Clarity PPM and application support environment
Experience in application support (L2/L3) within SLA-driven environments
Reporting experience using Jaspersoft or similar tools [Hi everyon...th 6-8 yea | Viva Engage]
Exposure to installation, upgrades, and environment support
