Job Summary

Salesforce Administrator (Junior) to join our India-based Application Operation team.
This role focuses on supporting stable Salesforce operations (incl. user mgmt.), handling incidents and service requests, and contributing to continuous improvements of Salesforce solutions in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end business operations (L2/L3 support) for Salesforce CRM processes
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and basic problems
  • Assist in monitoring integration with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Ensure proper documentation of solutions, test cases, and configurations 
  • Assist in testing activities (UAT, regression testing)
  • Collaborate with developers and senior administrators 
  • Assist in integrations with external systems and APIs
  • Support Single Sign-On (SSO) setup and troubleshooting
  • Work with Identity Providers (IdP) such as Azure AD / Okta
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data security compliance
  • Collaborate with IT and Security teams on access control and security policies [admin.salesforce.com]
  • Work with and collaborate with integration of Email / Outlook Services ( Microsoft ) into Salesforce  ( Einstein Activity Capture is a plus

Skill Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role 
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration (declarative tools)
  • Basic understanding of integration concepts (APIs, data flows)
  • Exposure to ERP integration (e.g., SAP) is a plus 
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is desirable 
  • Understanding of authentication mechanisms (SSO, OAuth, SAML)
  • Experience with Identity Providers (IdP) (e.g., Azure AD, Okta)
  • Basic network knowledge (DNS, HTTP, APIs)
  • Awareness of IT security concepts (access control, MFA, encryption)
