OMSY4Manhattan Active OmniY4Manhattan Integration FrameworkY3Proactive PlateformN3Detailed JOB Description:Day to Day support on incident and tasks.Work with vendor to get any additional support .Work with customer and engage with customer on daily basis.• Overall 6+ years of experience• Hands-on experience in working with Order Management System (OMS) in Retail Supply Chain.• Willing to work in Evening/Night shiftRequired Skill:• Must have hands on experience with Manhattan Active Omni (MAO).• Must have hands on experience with Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF).Additional Skill:• Analytical Ability coupled with attitude toward learning new things.• Must be benevolent and a good team player with good communication skills.• Good to have knowledge of Datadog.• Good to have Knowledge of ProActive Plateform
