Job Summary
- Provide application support for Epic Cadence and Grand Central modules.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, incidents, and service requests.
- Perform configuration and maintenance of:
- Scheduling templates
- Provider calendars
- Appointment rules
- Department records
- Visit types and scheduling workflows
- Participate in upgrades, testing activities, and release deployments.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create functional specifications and solution documentation.
- Execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Epic teams, project managers, and business users.
- Support change management, problem management, and service improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
Required Skills
- Epic Cadence certification (preferred).
- Good understanding of Epic Grand Central functionality.
- Experience in healthcare scheduling and patient access workflows.
- Knowledge of incident management and ticketing tools.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
2. To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.
3. To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements
4. To provide technical guidance to junior developers
5. To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
