Job Summary
You will:
Develop features and enhancements from user stories
Design and develop APIs and scalable microservices for the cloud platform
Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance UI components and web
applications using React.js and modern frontend workflows.
Implement automated unit and integration tests in a continuous integration and
deployment environment
Troubleshoot issues, and provide fixes
Participate in design and code reviews and work with Quality Assurance and other teams
Work with Product Management, UX designers, Architecture, and Security on product
requirements
Become a product expert in important areas to encourage higher-quality development efforts
Report to a Development Manager in the R&D Organization
You have:
4+ years of software development experience in commercial, enterprise-level product environments
3+ years experience in building services using NodeJS
2+ years experience with one or more JavaScript frameworks such as React
Experience building highly scalable cloud-based applications with microservices and REST APIs
CI/CD commercial cloud architecture and delivery experience
Hands-on knowledge of Linux OS(RHEL/Ubuntu), shell scripting, and Git
Experience with test automation and continuous integration
Knowledge of Agile Practice
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of Dockerization and Kubernetes
Good security and identity concepts
Experience with asynchronous messaging (Kafka, Redis)
Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, and Elasticsearch
Awareness/experience of Cloud Platforms such as AWS & Azure
