Job Summary

Seeking 3-5 Yrs experienced skilled Software Developer with a strong foundation in Computer Science and hands-on experience in Python-based application development. The ideal candidate will have experience building web applications, working with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, and utilizing modern development practices including Git and CI/CD. This role requires proficiency in object-oriented programming and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude, along with VS Code. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications using Python and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Design, build, and support web applications, APIs, and backend services.
  • Develop and optimize database solutions using MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Manage source code using Git and participate in code reviews.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
  • Use development tools such as VS Code, GitHub Copilot, and Claude to enhance productivity and code quality.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
  • Hands-on experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and object-oriented design.
  • Experience with web application development and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, source control, and modern AI-powered development tools.

Other Requirements

Positions based with priority to Bangalore and Chennai.

Additionally, Hyderabad and Pune can also be considered.

Initially would have to work from client's location 5 days a week and after 2 months can switch to Hybrid working - 3 days WFO.
