Job Summary
Cerner Millennium implementation or support experienceHands-on expertise in GenLab and/or PathNetKnowledge of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)Incident, Problem, and Change ManagementWorkflow analysis and troubleshootingBuild, configuration, testing, and support experienceUnderstanding of HL7 interfaces and integrationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for Cerner Lab applications.Perform application configuration, build, and maintenance activities.Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs.Support laboratory workflow optimization and process improvements.Coordinate testing activities for upgrades, enhancements, and patches.Monitor interfaces between Cerner Lab and third-party systems.Develop and maintain application documentation and SOPs.Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.Collaborate with laboratory staff, clinicians, and technical teams.Participate in on-call rotations and major incident support, if require
2. To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.
3. To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements
4. To provide technical guidance to junior developers
5. To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
