Job Summary

Workato Support Engineer (BAU)Experience: 4-5+ Years in WorkatoWe are seeking a Workato Support Engineer with 4-5+ years of hands-on experience in Workato to support and maintain enterprise integration and automation solutions. The role involves managing BAU support activities for Workato recipes, APIs, Managed File Transfer (MFT) use cases, SFTP integrations, and Agentic AI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2/L3 support for Workato integrations, APIs, MFT processes, SFTP file transfers, and automation workflows, ensuring high availability and operational stability.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, integration failures, API issues, and file transfer exceptions while performing root cause analysis (RCA).Support and maintain Workato API Platform, Agentic AI solutions, and Workato GO applications, including configuration changes and enhancements.Required Skills4-5+ years of experience in Workato development and support.Strong knowledge of Workato Recipes, API Platform, Connectors, and Workflow Automation.Experience with MFT, SFTP, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and API authentication methods.Experience in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.Knowledge of Workato Agentic AI and Workato GO.Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Other Requirements: Workato Certifications (Workato Technical developer)
