Job Summary

• Role: Senior Mendix Developer / PLM Specialist
• Experience Required: 3 to 8+ years of hands-on Mendix development experience
• Certifications: Mendix Intermediate, Advanced, or Expert Developer Certification
• Core Focus: Low-code application architecture, enterprise system integration, and PLM workflow automation

Key Responsibilities

• Application Design & Development: Build scalable, maintainable domain models, microflows, nanoflows, and responsive UI components using Mendix Studio Pro.
• PLM Integration: Connect Mendix apps with Siemens Teamcenter or other PLM, ERP, and MES systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services. 
• Architecture & Security: Enforce Mendix security rules, role-based access control, data validation, and performance optimization for enterprise datasets.
• Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Guide junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and lead technical discussions.
• Agile Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Testing & Deployment: Support CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, release management, debugging, and production support

Skill Requirements

• Mendix Mastery: Deep expertise in Mendix Studio Pro, domain modeling, microflows, and application lifecycle management. 
• PLM / Enterprise Experience: Experience integrating with Siemens Teamcenter PLM, MES, or ERP platforms. 
• Technical Stack:
  • Languages & Frameworks: Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SCSS
  • Databases: SQL databases, relational database query optimization
  • APIs & Protocols: REST, SOAP, JSON
  • Dev Tools: Git, JIRA, Confluence, CI/CD practices 
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, client-facing communication skills, and leadership capabilities.
